Classes & Workshops

Learn the science of Ayurveda

Beyond one-on-one guidance, the center is a place of teaching. Dr. Somesh N. Kaushik has spent decades sharing authentic Ayurveda with students, professionals and curious beginners alike.

A teacher at heart

Authentic Ayurveda, generously shared

Dr. Kaushik is the founder and principal instructor of the Institute for the Advancement of Ayurvedic Sciences, established to teach authentic Ayurveda to those who wish to continue the healing journey for themselves and others.

He has taught Ayurveda and public health at the University of Bridgeport, lectures at colleges, universities and symposiums around the world, and currently teaches in the Integrative and Holistic Health department at The Graduate Institute in Bethany, CT. That same depth of knowledge informs every class offered here.
