Your First Visit

What to expect when you visit

If you've never experienced an Ayurvedic consultation before, here's a friendly walk-through of what your first visit looks like — so you can arrive relaxed and ready.

1

A warm welcome

You'll be greeted into a calm, unhurried space. There's no rush — your first visit is simply a conversation about you.

2

Understanding you

We explore your history, digestion, sleep, energy, routine and goals to understand your unique constitution and where you feel out of balance.

3

Your personalized plan

You'll leave with clear, practical guidance — food, daily routine, herbs and lifestyle — tailored to you and easy to begin.

Before you arrive

A little preparation goes a long way

There's nothing you must do to prepare, but a few things help us make the most of your time together:

  • A list of any supplements or remedies you take
  • A sense of your typical daily routine
  • Notes on sleep, digestion and energy
  • Any questions on your mind

If it's comfortable, come having eaten lightly rather than right after a heavy meal — it can make observation a little clearer. Otherwise, simply come as you are.

Good to know

Practical details

Visits are by appointment, so each individual receives focused, unhurried time. A first consultation is typically the longest, as we're getting to know you; follow-up visits are usually shorter.

You'll find us at 792 Route 35, Cross River, NY 10518. To arrange a visit, call (914) 875-9088 or send us a message and we'll find a time that works.

Wellness is a partnership. Many individuals check in periodically as the seasons and their lives change, refining their plan over time.

After your visit

Support that continues

Your written plan

Clear, simple steps you can begin right away — nothing overwhelming, just what matters most for you.

Time to settle in

We give changes time to take effect, adjusting gently as you go. Small, steady shifts tend to last.

Ongoing guidance

Follow-up visits help refine your plan over the seasons, so balance becomes something you can maintain.
