Wellness Offerings

Ways we support your wellbeing

Every offering at the center begins with you — your constitution, your season of life and your goals. Below are the main ways we share Ayurvedic and naturopathic wisdom with our community.

Where everyone begins

Ayurvedic Consultations

Your first visit is an unhurried conversation. We explore your history, digestion, sleep, energy and daily rhythms to understand your unique constitution (prakriti) and where you may be out of balance.

You'll leave with a personalized, easy-to-follow plan — covering food, daily routine, herbs and lifestyle — designed for the way you actually live. Follow-up sessions help refine it as the seasons and your life change.

Plant wisdom

Herbal & Botanical Wellness

Ayurveda draws on a rich tradition of plants and botanical preparations to gently encourage balance. Guidance here is always tailored: the right herbs, in the right form, for your constitution and the present season.

We focus on quality, simplicity and education — helping you understand what you're taking and why, so it fits comfortably into your routine.

Seasonal renewal

Seasonal Cleansing

In the Ayurvedic tradition, the change of seasons is a natural time to lighten and reset. Our gentle, guided cleansing practices support digestion and help clear the heaviness that can build up over time.

These are never extreme. Everything is paced to your constitution and comfort, with simple home practices, nourishing foods and daily-routine support to carry you through.

Movement & breath

Therapeutic Yoga & Breathwork

With an experienced E-RYT 500 teacher, yoga and breathwork (pranayama) become tools tailored to your energy and goals — whether that's steadying a busy mind, easing tension or building gentle strength.

Sessions meet you where you are. No experience is needed, and every practice can be adapted to your body and pace.

Food as nourishment

Diet & Nutrition Guidance

In Ayurveda, food is one of the most powerful daily tools for wellbeing. We help you discover which foods, tastes and eating rhythms suit your constitution and the season — and which ones tend to throw you off.

The goal isn't a rigid diet but a comfortable, sustainable way of eating that supports steady digestion, energy and mood.

Healthy aging

Rejuvenation (Rasayana)

Rasayana is the Ayurvedic art of rejuvenation — time-honored practices that support resilience, vitality and a healthy glow as we age. Guidance may include nourishing foods, herbs, daily routine and rest.

It's a gentle, holistic approach to feeling vibrant at every stage of life, woven into the rhythms you already keep.

Please note. These offerings are educational and support general wellbeing. Ayurveda is not a licensed profession in the United States, and naturopathic care is not a licensed profession in New York State. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and our guidance does not replace care from a licensed medical provider.
